We carry out comparative exhaust gas measurements of vehicles with an engine output of up to 200 kW on a vehicle chassis dynamometer and in road operation.

We use the MAHA MSR500 all-wheel roller dynamometer for this purpose. The test bench has two eddy current brakes and two asynchronous motors to drive and synchronize the two axles. The maximum center distance is 3200 mm.

We use a mobile PEMS exhaust gas measuring device from AIP for exhaust gas measurement. The necessary calibration gases are available.

We also use CAN bus data loggers to record and evaluate the vehicle data.
