Degree programs
The Faculty of Engineering offers students a diverse range of degree programs. Our degree programs offer various specializations in different subject areas, including applied physics, medical engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental technology and mathematics. The program offer is continuously adapted to current societal developments. Through course contents and varied teaching formats, we establish a strong link between theory and practical experience to train students to become professionals who are theoretically grounded and capable of critically reflecting on their practical experience. In addition, teaching and research projects provide students with early access to research, thereby encouraging a research-based reflection on practical experience.

Language
The language of instruction is primarily German. However, the faculty offers four Master's degree programs taught entirely in English: Sustainable and Digital Aviation, Applied Physics, Biomedial Engineering and AI and Advanced Information Technologies. In addition, some specific courses are taught in English each semester to promote international experiences. Since our training is based on a modular structure, the topics and content of the courses may vary from semester to semester. Find a list of the current English-taught courses in the English course catalog for exchange students.
