PUR offers all members of Hochschule RheinMain the opportunity to publish their own first publications or second publications of their own articles in Open Access. It is thus the central verification tool for the publication activities of the higher education institution.
First publication
The first publication of a scientific publication in Open Access is referred to as the "golden road" or Gold Open Access. If you would like to make your research results freely accessible free of charge and permanently, our university repository PUR offers you a reliable and legally secure platform for publication. Use this opportunity to sustainably increase the visibility and reach of your work.
Secondary publication
The "Green Way" or Green Open Access is another way of making academic work openly accessible. You first publish your publication with a publisher and then make a secondary publication available in our university repository, taking into account the relevant legal framework.
PUR supports you in securing your research results in the long term and making them accessible to a broad public - legally compliant and free of charge.
