- Library card/StudentCard number, user type
- Surname and given name(s)
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Home address
- Exclusion from borrowing and/or exclusion from use
- Start/end of user authorization
- Password (encrypted)
Borrowing and fee data
- Bibliographic details of the borrowed item
- Loan date, end of check-out period, return date
- Date of loan period renewals
- Reservations and orders with date
- Overdue notices, fees and expenses (title, date, number)
- Loss of library card, replacements, blocking notices
- Interlibrary loan balance and desired target counter (if an interlibrary loan account exists)
Voluntary information
- Collection location of the media, HSRM degree program, email address (for students, HSRM email address)
The data will be processed with your consent on the basis of the user regulations of the RheinMain University and State Library dated March 18, 2013.
Personal data
Personal data will be deleted upon deregistration or at the latest 1 year after expiry of the user authorization. If media are still on loan or there are outstanding claims (e.g. overdue fines), the data will only be deleted after all claims have been paid.

- Media and loan data upon return of the media
- Fee/cost data with payment of the same
The data in the interlibrary loan account, in particular the data on the media ordered, is stored for 18 months, regardless of whether the media has already been returned or whether the interlibrary loan account has been deleted, in order to track any loss of items in transit or reminders, and is then automatically deleted.
- In the case of address investigations due to undeliverable mail: transmission of personal data to the responsible office as part of administrative assistance.
- In the event of non-payment of overdue fines: Transmission of personal data to the responsible offices of the HSRM to carry out enforcement proceedings.
- When setting up an interlibrary loan account: Transmission of personal data as well as inter-library loan data to the central inter-library loan server of the hebis-Verbundzentrale at the University of Frankfurt am Main.
