Welcome to the website of the decentralized Equal Opportunity Representative at the Faculty of Engineering! The focus here is on the exchange between women and the discussion of women's issues. We are a point of contact for women-specific concerns and are happy to support both female students and members of staff in overcoming their challenges.

Our central goal is to actively promote equality for women. Among other things, we are committed to

  • actively represent their interests, particularly in our faculty
  • increase their visibility in technical academic appointments
  • to inspire female students to take up a technical academic appointment at an early stage.
