Real Estate
What is it?
The master’s degree program in Real Estate comprises important topics which will determine the future of the construction and real estate industry: these include digitalization, sustainability, and the internationalization of the industry. Interdisciplinary hands-on projects will provide you with in-depth technical, economic, and legal knowledge in the field, as well as methodological skills. Students have the choice between three concentrations in their studies:
- Digital management of construction projects and buildings
- Sustainable development of buildings in a historical context
- International investment and asset management
Using many case studies, together we will develop well-founded solutions for current challenges in the field.
What can I do with it?
As attractive young professionals, our graduates can expect to take on professional and leadership tasks within the construction and real estate industry: with privately and publicly owned construction and real estate companies, consultancy firms, stock and asset management companies, project management companies, asset holders of real estate, and other types of employers relevant to the construction and real estate industry.
In addition, the degree program will give you a solid foundation for a scientific career and/or a doctorate.
