Real Estate Management
What is it?
The Real Estate Management degree program educates generalists for the construction and real estate industries. Your studies will cover the entire life cycle of real estate properties across all major uses, combining technology, business administration, and law – with a strong emphasis on engineering sciences in the curriculum. We place value on a hands-on, industry-specific, and international education. Typical topics are building construction, project management, and real estate management.
What makes this program unique?
Interdisciplinary management skills are essential in the construction and real estate industry. We lay the groundwork for these competencies as follows:
- Throughout the semesters, we teach a generalist curriculum developed by professors with industry experience and we offer personal advising as well as varied required electives
- From day one, you can be a working student in a construction or real estate company – with full support from the program.
- We offer regular national and international practice-driven excursions
- The program ends with an internship module as a bridge to an ideal start into professional life
What can I do with it?
With this foundational knowledge, you will have optimal professional opportunities: our alumni now work in fields such as real estate development, apartment building construction companies, general contractors, project managers, real estate administrators, investment companies, consultancy firms, real estate experts, and banks.
Of course we also offer a subsequent master’s degree program, such as the M.Sc. Real Estate at Hochschule RheinMain.
For degree-seeking students: detailed information on admission requirements, application deadlines, etc. can be found on the German language variant of this page.
