The Rheinstraße Library will be closed from August 3rd to 16th due to electrical work. 

Exception: You can check out pre-ordered items and return them through the accessible entrance (to the left of the main stairs) during the following hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Returned items will be checked off your account on the next day the library is open. 

We’re here for you online as usual. You can find the opening hours for our other locations here. Returns are also possible at those locations. 

Starting August 17th, the library will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. During these hours, please use the accessible entrance (to the left of the main stairs). 
The reading room, circulation desk, and ServicePoint are accessible as usual. The study room will be available again starting September 1st.
