Book loss

Please contact us immediately if you have lost a book or if it has been damaged, as damaged or lost media must be replaced in accordance with the library regulations (§ 8, paragraph 4).

The following costs are incurred: price of the repair or price of the medium plus a processing fee of € 15.00 (calculated in accordance with the Administrative Costs Regulations for the Ministry of Science and the Arts, as amended, No. 312).

In addition to the cost of compensation, you must pay the overdue fines incurred up to the time of notification.
