On September 1, 2026, representatives from azare attended the 11th HOLM Innovation Marketplace at the House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM) in Frankfurt am Main. The event offered exciting insights into current research and development projects in the fields of logistics and mobility and brought together stakeholders from academia, industry, and people with practical experience.
The Innovation Marketplace focused on the results and developments of projects funded through the HOLM Innovation Funding Program. In total, innovative projects were presented that address forward-looking issues related to Sustainable Mobility, hydrogen technologies, automated driving, logistics, and aviation. The HOLM Innovation Marketplace serves as a platform for knowledge transfer, networking, and the exchange of ideas on new technological solutions.
Presentation of the MHyCube Project
A highlight of the program was the presentation of the MHyCube project—metal hydride hydrogen storage. The project explores innovative ways to store hydrogen, thereby addressing a key challenge for the future use of hydrogen in mobility, logistics, and industry.
For azare, the event also provided an opportunity to present its own project and work in the field of sustainable hydrogen technologies to an interested audience of experts. The presentation generated significant interest and led to numerous stimulating discussions.

Prof. Dr. Birgit Scheppat, Matthias Werner, and Maria Wiesmann attended the event on behalf of azare. Together, they were able to exchange ideas with other project partners, researchers, and representatives from companies and institutions.
