This project applies a design-thinking methodology to create a mobile app for soccer coaches that integrates AI-driven training planning, individualized player profiles, an extensive exercise database, a tactical board, and a team calendar. Through interviews, personas, wireframes, Figma prototyping, and usability testing, it delivers a practical, intuitive solution that streamlines both organization and communication within football teams.
