Faculty Student Committee Freshers' Week

The Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering offers a program for all first-semester students at the beginning of the semester.

Preparatory course in mathematics

To make the transition from school to studies easier, we offer a preparatory course in which mathematical school knowledge is refreshed. This is because mathematics lectures at higher education institutions build on elementary arithmetic skills that are often not (or no longer) available after secondary school leaving certificates.

Participation in the course is strongly recommended. It usually takes place two weeks before the start of lectures, registration is not required.

Please note: The course is taught in German.

You can download the course dates here.

Course in the summer semester 2026
