Program-specific proofs that must be uploaded
Applied Engineering cooperative (incl. apprenticeship), available only for the specialization in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics:
A study contract with a partner company.
Specifically: A training contract for the cooperative degree program signed with a partner company and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), which includes provisions for the cooperative study.
A standard training contract is not sufficient.
Applied Engineering cooperative (parallel to a job)
A study contract with a partner company.
This must be an employment contract that runs concurrently with the program and includes a provision regarding the cooperative degree program.
A standard employment contract is not sufficient.
Civil Engineering:
Confirmation of the completed internship with details of the internship content and weekly working hours; for ongoing internships: corresponding advance confirmation from the internship position with start and planned completion; confirmation of 4 weeks of completed internship with details of the internship content and special justification as to why the remaining 4 weeks cannot be completed by the first day of classes;
Financial Services (dual):
Training-integrated concentration: Training contract with a cooperating company and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce
as an insurance and financial services broker, which contains a regulation for the cooperative studies.
Practice-integrated concentration: Employment contract with a cooperation company for cooperative studies in Financial Services with concerning, which regulates employment in the cooperation company for the duration of the degree program. The contract must include an addendum concerning the cooperative studies.
Communication Design:
Proof of successful participation in the examination to determine artistic aptitude;
Media: Conception & Production:
Proof of successful participation in the examination to determine artistic aptitude;
Tax Law (dual):
Study contract with a cooperating company. This must be a study-related employment contract with an addendum to the dual studies program. A regular employment contract is not sufficient.

Social Work - Social Work and Education:
Current proof (not older than 6 months) of at least 15 hours of work experience during the course of study in a field of Social Work that can be verifiably assigned to the content-related specializations of the Master's program. Proof must be provided in the form of a job description (issued by the employer) and must include the weekly working hours. Alternatively: Proof of recognition of a specially justified exceptional case;
