In addition to its vocational teaching, the Hochschule RheinMain – University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSRM) is recognized for its application-oriented and interdisciplinary research. It stands for quality and diversity and prepares students for sustainable technological and economic transformation.

Since 2024, the higher education institution has had four highly efficient, interdisciplinary research units that offer a very good training environment for junior researchers.
