PAQ: Examination | Recognition | Quality Assurance
The PAQ unit is responsible for examination and recognition issues, for the examination process of degree programs as part of internal (re-)accreditation and for the recognition of foreign university degrees in the social professions. Accordingly, it is divided into three areas of responsibility:
The Examination Department supports Academic Quality Development and the faculties in examination and recognition issues.
The Recognition Office for Foreign Educational Qualifications carries out the procedures for the recognition of foreign university degrees in the regulated social professions in accordance with the Hessian Child and Youth Welfare Code and the Social Professions Recognition Act in the state of Hesse.
The PQS is responsible for and coordinates the review process of the degree programs as part of the internal accreditation, is an advisory member of the Committee for Quality Assurance (KQS) and monitors and documents the fulfillment of requirements.
