The goal of the Welcome Week is to prepare you as well as possible for the commencement of studies and to enable you to integrate quickly into student life and the Hochschule RheinMain – University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSRM). We therefore strongly recommend that you take part!

1. Orientation: The Welcome Week offers you the opportunity to quickly find your way around our higher education institution. Our varied program will show you everything you need to know to be well prepared and get your studies off to a successful start.
2. Support: Our experienced Welcome team and our Welcome teaching assistants will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. You will receive valuable tips on how to make a successful start to your studies and know which contact persons are important in your faculty.
3. Networking: Take advantage of this unique opportunity to get to know your fellow students and expand your network right from the start. The Welcome Week offers you the opportunity to make new friends and exchange ideas with other students.
4. A successful start to your studies: By participating in the Welcome Week, you lay the foundation for successful studies. You will receive valuable information and resources to help you get the most out of your studies.
5. Sense of community: Welcome Week creates a strong sense of community among students. You will have the chance to network with other students right from the start and shape your semesters studied at HSRM together.

The Welcome Week at Hochschule RheinMain – University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSRM) offers international students a wide range of orientation and support for a successful start to their studies. With networking opportunities, it creates a strong sense of community and lays the foundation for successful studies. The Welcome Week is held in German and is free of charge.

• A comprehensive introduction to orientation at HSRM
• A further introduction to orientation at the five faculties
• An introduction to the digital university systems
• A presentation of the support services offered by HSRM
• Getting to know the contact persons and welcome teaching assistants
• An introduction to other services such as the Buddy Program, University Sports and the Language Center
• Campus tours at the various locations
• Opportunities for networking and get-togethers
