• Requests can only be processed if the matriculation number and degree program are specified

It makes sense to seek advice during office hours before submitting an application. Experience has shown that many things can be clarified in advance and it helps to avoid mistakes that could otherwise lead to your application being rejected.

• Under no circumstances should you wait until you have finally failed examinations, a medical certificate has not been recognized or similar.
• Always seek clarification at an early stage.

Applications received up to 14 days before a meeting date will be considered for a decision at that appointment. Applications received later can only be dealt with on the following date!
