Examinations
Exam dates are generally published in accordance with ABPO no later than two weeks before the start of the exam period. You can view your exam dates exclusively in COMPASS.
Notes on the “Remarks” columns for the respective exams:
1. Exams with multiple exam rooms: The respective exam rooms are listed in the “Remarks” column.
2. Oral exams with multiple groups:
1. The different exam dates for the oral exams are listed in the remarks columns. You may not choose your oral exam date; it will be assigned at random.
2.Group assignments with the respective time slots will be determined after the withdrawal period has ended and will be published on bulletin boards and in Stud.IP.
Please check the times and rooms for your exams regularly. In some cases, changes to dates and/or rooms are unfortunately unavoidable - in such cases, the schedules will always be updated promptly.

The provisions of the respective degree program's examination regulations apply to the procedure for course-related examinations and coursework.
In particular, the following regulations must be observed:
- Examinations and coursework are only taken in the subjects specified in the examination schedule and at the specified appointments. Individual appointments between examiners and students are not possible.
- Registrations submitted by the deadline are only valid for the corresponding examination period.
- Students who do not register by the deadline are not entitled to participate in the examinations and coursework.
- For each examination subject, only one uniform type of examination (written examination, oral exam or term paper) is determined for all participants.
- Examinations that cannot be repeated and have been assessed as insufficient (5) will also be subject to a second correction.
- Corrected written examinations and term papers may not be returned to the students, as they are part of the examination files. Students will be granted an inspection date .
- The examination results are published in the HSRM COMPASS system.
