Only documents issued by the Hochschule RheinMain will be certified

Upon application, we will provide you with up to three certified copies of your degree certificate and the corresponding diploma free of charge. If you graduated before 01.04.2020, please send us copies (front and back).

Please complete the application for certification (PDF) below and send it to us by email or post.

Please note: We do not certify documents that have been created by machine and are valid without a signature (e.g. certificate of exmatriculation, certificate of enrollment, transcripts of completed modules and graded course components).

You will receive your certifications as soon as we have received the application for certification and the copy of the ID. If you would like to receive your certifications by post, the Admissions Office must also receive a sufficiently stamped and labeled return envelope.

The preparation of certifications currently takes at least 2 weeks.
