Application and enrollment

All documents that are subject to deadlines can be posted here, e.g. application documents, exmatriculation documents, examination documents, medical certificates, etc.

The timely receipt of supporting documents can only be ensured by posting them in the deadline mailbox. As the supporting documents from the deadline letterbox are given their own stamp of receipt, it is possible to trace exactly when they were posted.

Posting documents in other mailboxes does not guarantee that they will be received by the higher education institution on time!

If you use the deadline mailbox, you must remember to write a recipient's address on the envelope (e.g. Admissions Office, office, etc.) so that the mail can be delivered properly and quickly.

This mailbox is only for mail that must be submitted to the higher education institution by the deadline. For all other mail that does not have to be delivered on time, please use the normal house mailboxes. These are also emptied regularly and reliably.

This is located at Kurt-Schumacher-Ring 18 in front of the main entrance to Building A on the right-hand side.
