International Staff Week 2026

Internationalization in Challenging Times: Strengthening Partnerships and Supporting International Students 

Are you interested in internationalization in higher education and work in an international office or as an advisor for international affairs in your department?
Then join us at Hochschule RheinMain's International Staff Week from 30 November 2026 to 03 December 2026. 

This International Staff Week highlights key topics in the internationalization of higher education. The focus is on strategic partnerships, international mobility, the recruitment and support of international students, as well as questions of belonging and support throughout the student journey. Keynotes, workshops, and a panel discussion will provide space for exchange on current challenges and good practice examples.
You will also have the opportunity to introduce your university to students interested in studying abroad at our international fair.

The Hochschule RheinMain International Staff Week is targeted at staff from international offices at central or departmental levels, as well as faculty members in positions as international affairs advisors to students and/or staff.

Participation Fee

The participation fee is 100€ per participant, which includes a welcome package, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and a Wiesbaden city tour inlcuding dinner.

Working Language

The working language is English. We highly recommend at least B2 level (according to CEFR) in communication.
