LABORATORY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

The laboratory for environmental analysis is located in the basement of the south-west wing of the A building and is equipped with laboratory worktables, fume hoods, safety storage cabinets and a weighing table. It was completely renovated in 2016 and about 12 students can work here simultaneously.

Here, students in the advanced stages of the bachelor's degree program “Environmental engineering” and in the master's degree program “Environmental and biological process engineering” carry out relatively complex experiments and projects in the field of instrumental analysis. The focus is on photometry and chromatography. Project work, student research projects and theses are also carried out here.
