Andreas Hermann

Andreas Hermann, graduation 1999

  • Is there an experience from your semesters studied that still connects you with your fellow students today?

The first graduates planted an apple tree together in the courtyard between the buildings in Rüsselsheim. As a sign of solidarity, rooted in the knowledge they learned, which bears fruit, and more greenery is good for the location.

  • Which professors have influenced you and why?

Different personalities have influenced me in different ways. In addition to professors, the adjunct instructors and the laboratory engineers. The commitment to the new degree program and the courage to shape it were forward-looking.

  • What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of your studies at Hochschule RheinMain (formerly Fachhochschule Wiesbaden)?

Participating in the University Rectors' Conference as a representative of the student body and in the project group for the future of formerly Fachhochschule Wiesbaden.
