Lea Schwehn is obtaining a doctorate on the topic of corporate mobility, how the mobility behavior of employees can be made sustainable and at the same time contribute to corporate attractiveness. Schwehn wants to make a positive contribution to environmental protection with her doctoral thesis and also has ambitious plans outside of her doctorate.

Daniela Calvus is obtaining a doctorate on wild bees. She wants to use camera-based monitoring systems to systematically observe the behavior of ground-nesting wild bees and thus contribute to their protection.

Lars Bieringer is obtaining a doctorate on the perspectives of primary school children on people working in all-day education. To this end, he is conducting all-day school walks led by children. This qualitative perspective is supplemented by data from a nationwide survey of school social workers.
