How do I apply for an exchange semester at HSRM?
All applicants must first be nominated to us by their home university. Nominated students will then receive their application link via e-mail and can submit their application documents via the Mobility Online Portal.
- Your home university has signed an agreement with our institution for your degree program
- Your home university has sent us your nomination
You have completed your application by submitting all required documents to the Mobility Online Portal.
Please note that the final decision on your admission will be made by the respective study program after evaluation of your application documents.
A complete application includes:
- Complete application form
- Preliminary Learning Agreement
- Curriculum Vitae
- Letter of motivation
- Current transcript of records
- Language certificate(s)
(Portfolio; for Communication Design and Interior Design applications only)
We will send detailed information on the documents to be submitted with your application link.
Application deadlines:
- May 31 for winter terms
- November 30 for summer terms
