The members of staff at the Office of Student Affairs process applications and enrollments and are responsible for many organizational matters relating to studies, including disenrollment. They answer questions about higher education entrance qualifications and carry out the admission procedure for degree programs with restricted admission.

International students
The International Team at the Wiesbaden Admissions Office informs prospective students with foreign academic transcripts about applying for admission via uni-assist and supports them through the entire application process up to enrollment.
The members of staff are happy to advise on residence issues and visa applications during the application process. After enrollment, international students contact the International Team to obtain certificates for the immigration authorities,
