Interior Architecture - Conceptual design
What is it?
The specialization in Conceptual Design within the Interior Architecture master’s program provides a platform for both artistic and scientific exploration of interior design. The program’s goal is to equip students with the ability to work analytically, methodically, conceptually, and across disciplines.
Through its teaching methods and course content, the program fosters creative thinking and empowers students to work innovatively and independently.
The curriculum focuses on four key areas:
- Planning
- Concept
- Context
- Management
In these modules, students explore topics such as concept development, implementation strategies, written communication, cultural studies, marketing technologies, and academic research.
What can I do with it?
Graduates of the master's degree program can go on to hold management positions as project managers, department managers and office managers in architectural offices, planning and design offices or in companies in the construction industry (lighting/lamps/furniture). As specialists for design and atmosphere, they can also go on to become entrepreneurs themselves as office or agency founders.
For degree-seeking students: detailed information on admission requirements, application deadlines, etc. can be found on the German page.
