The Gender in Teaching Officer advises teaching staff on designing content and methods in a gender-sensitive way and avoiding stereotypes in teaching. She offers impulses, workshops and support for a diverse, inclusive teaching practice.
The Equal Opportunities Team offers advice and support on issues relating to equal opportunities, discrimination and gender equality in Studies and Teaching. It is committed to an inclusive environment and the promotion of equality for all members of the university.
The Conflict Officers at Hochschule RheinMain are available to members of staff as confidential discussion partners in the event of conflicts at the workplace. They help to establish a dialog between the conflicting parties and develop solutions.

The academic advisor will help you if you need support in choosing a course, if you have doubts about your studies or if you are facing challenges in your studies. It offers individual, confidential advice to help you resolve your concerns.
Contact the talent scouts if you need support in discovering your talents and choosing the right educational path. They will help you to develop prospects for studies or training and open up access to funding opportunities.
