The Gender in Teaching Officer advises teaching staff on designing content and methods in a gender-sensitive way and avoiding stereotypes in teaching. She offers impulses, workshops and support for a diverse, inclusive teaching practice.

The Conflict Officers at Hochschule RheinMain are available to members of staff as confidential discussion partners in the event of conflicts at the workplace. They help to establish a dialog between the conflicting parties and develop solutions.
