What is it?

Discover the multifaceted opportunities of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology! Future-oriented technologies such as e-mobility, regenerative energies, robotics, autonomous driving, AI technologies, and the Internet of Things have one thing in common: electrical technology and IT as an important underlying technology.

The Electrical Engineering degree program can launch you into a successful career with multifaceted opportunities. You will obtain all the skills necessary for the exciting tasks and activities in electrical engineering and IT. We place special emphasis on a hands-on approach.

In the first segment of your studies, you will obtain important foundational skills in mathematics, physics, computer science, and internet technologies, as well as in electrical engineering and electronics. In the second segment of the program, you’ll deepen your knowledge of electrical engineering combined with IT and mobility – future-oriented fields that shape your individual specializations. Using modern tools, such as tools for circuitry development and simulation, tools for software development, and measurement devices, you will learn to analyze electronic systems and develop hard- and software using them.

In the Time4ING version of the program, you can study Electrical Engineering at a different pace at Hochschule RheinMain. The advantages include a longer period of study, additional study training and longer periods of governmental financial aid (BAföG). You can find more information here.

What can I do with it?
