It was a week full of impressions: In the last week before Christmas 2024, 15 Master's students of Social Work took part in an excursion to Cape Town in South Africa, organized by the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences.

Dr. Claudia Psaila, Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta, gave insights into dealing with spirituality, resilience and grief in the professional context of social work.

The Faculty of Applied Social Sciences offers students the opportunity to participate in the "Study International" certificate program. The first three graduates received their certificates on 29.07.

During the week of May 13 - 17, 2024, 26 students from the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences were once again invited to a Spring School on the topics of social work and human rights, ethics and non-profit management at the Msida campus of the University of Malta (UoM).

Sustainable, psychological and psycho-educational structures are being implemented in various regions of Angola. The target group is all members of the respective university communities, i.e. students, professors and members of staff.

From 08.05.-11.05.23, the Faculty for Social Wellbeing at the University of Malta hosted the second Spring School for students of Applied Social Sciences.
