Participation in the Diversity Audit
From October 2022 to February 2025, Hochschule RheinMain underwent the Stifterverband's "Shaping Diversity" diversity audit certification process and was certified on February 5, 2025.
Key points of the certification process:
- The diversity of students and employees is seen as an opportunity and utilized for university development
- Certification process lasting several years
- Development of an understanding of diversity with an associated strategy for culture, organizational structures, Studies and Teaching as well as communication
- Internal process: five workshops, externally moderated and accompanied
- Self-report at the beginning and end
