What is it?

The new master´s program Real Estate is an innovative, industry-specific and interdisciplinary degree program that prepares you for specialist and leadership positions in construction and real estate management. The Real Estate program is a consecutive, full-time degree program that provides a rigorous understanding of the key topics that will define the future of construction and real estate management: digitalization, sustainability and internationalization. The program offers three concentrations that can be selected during the application process. Students will be working on several case studies linking theory to practice.
Building on a relevant bachelor´s degree, the master´s program Real Estate conveys the necessary technical, economic and legal skills and methods for specialist and leadership positions in construction and real estate management. The program focuses on linking technical, economic and legal skills to methodical skills in varied case studies and applying them to specific practical examples. Students will cover the following subjects: real estate project management, risk management, market analysis, sustainability management, business process digitalization, legal regulations for real estate investments, personnel management and diversity.
Furthermore, the program will teach methods and tools that enable the systematic evaluation of complex construction and real estate problems, including quantitative analysis and research methods. Graduates will be able to develop interdisciplinary and methodically sound solutions for challenges and problems in construction and real estate management, especially for newer challenges and the final master´s thesis. By choosing a concentration, students can shape their qualification profile for future employers and value their own interests..
