Welcome to our online drop-in advising for international students!

Do you have questions about financing, housing or how to organize your studies? Would you like to know where to find more information on application requirements or the application process? Come by and ask.

We offer online drop-in advising every Monday from 2–3 p.m. No registration needed – simply click on the link and ask a question. We are here to help and support you in any way we can.

Support for international students

Even after your matriculation as a student, we support you in all questions or issues that might come up related to your studies.

If you need any certificates or other documents (e.g., “Studienstandsbescheinigung" (Academic Progress Certificate) for the "Ausländerbehörde" (Foreigners' Registration Office), please contact us at studieren(at)remove-this.hs-rm.de .

For any other general questions or issues related to your studies, please refer to international(at)remove-this.hs-rm.de .

In addition to that, our Welcome Tutors will be here to help you with everyday questions or challenges that might come up. You can contact them at welcome-tutoren(at)remove-this.hs-rm.de .

BLENDED WELCOME WEEKS FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS


We cordially invite all incoming students for summer 2024 to join our Blended Welcome Weeks (from late February 2024 on, starting off with digital offers)

During our short online info sessions we inform you about important topics for your stay in Wiesbaden/Rüssesheim and at Hochschule RheinMain. How to register my place of residence? How do I use my student account? How can I sign up for classes? Join our sessions to learn the answers!

Our Welcome Event on campus in Wiesbaden will take place on March 13, 2024 on our campus in Wiesbaden.

Our two-week intensive German language course for the summer term 2024 will run from March 15 - 28.

You will receive a comprehensive guide on all welcome offer in early 2024. Please consult your Blended Welcome Weeks Program Guide for further details on all welcome offers (digital and in Wiesbaden/Rüseelsheim).

Summer Schools at Hochschule RheinMain

You are welcome to participate in one of our annual Summer School Programs in Wiesbaden and Rüsselsheim. Gain insight into state-of-the-art research, develop your skills and enjoy a cultural and leisure program with international and German students. All programs are held in English.

RheinMain University is cooperating closely with four partner universities in Austria, Norway, Thailand and the USA within the degree programs Media: Conception & Production and Creative Media Conception. Within this project (“Global Design & Media CoSpace”) there are scholarships available for students going to and coming from those partner Universities.
