Our program will give you the opportunity to acquire the necessary competencies in a constructive and focused learning environment. Group work, joint projects with companies and case studies – firmly embedded in the curriculum – create a teaching environment that is both academically sound and application-oriented.

During the degree program, you will acquire varied skills and competencies. These include:

  • problem solving and decision making
  • leadership and communication

During your master’s thesis (six-month processing period), you will work empirically on practice-related research questions, partly in cooperation with national or international companies.

The degree qualifies students for doctoral studies.

What can I do with it?

The degree program is designed to qualify you to take on specialist and management tasks in companies operating nationally and internationally or to work in an entrepreneurial or freelance capacity.
