Wherever people work together, there is a potential for conflict. Conflicts are not always addressed openly and fairly between everyone involved.
When conflicts can not be resolved by the people involved, we are available as partners to talk to.
We assist in reviving the dialog between the parties to the conflict and attempt to contribute to their finding solutions of their own.
You decide, who to talk to and where to have the conversation. Everything you tell us will of course be treated confidentially.
