Both study locations of RheinMain University of Applied Sciences - Wiesbaden, and Rüsselsheim - are part of the densely populated, dynamic Rhine-Main area situated right in the center of Germany. That's why they are easy to get to, whether from within Germany or from abroad. Apart from coming by car, traveling here by train is convenient as well. Moreover, Frankfurt Airport is not only nearby, but it is also well connected to Rüsselsheim and Wiesbaden with railway lines and frequent train services.

All Study Locations at a Glance


The rather provisional classroom buildings from the early 70s have now evolved into three Wiesbaden campuses: Kurt-Schumacher-Ring, Bleichstraße/Bertramstraße and Unter den Eichen.

RheinMain University of Applied Sciences acts as a major economic, social and cultural stimulus in the city of Wiesbaden. The management programs of Wiesbaden Business School with nearly 2000 students as well as several media-related degree programs are only some of the study areas that have a widespread impact on the working world in Wiesbaden and its surroundings.

The Kurt-Schumacher-Ring campus is the home of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Social Work and the information studies division of the Faculty of Design –Computer Science – Media.

The Bleichstraße/Bertramstraße campus right in the center of the city houses Wiesbaden Business School, the Language Center and the Center for Communication and Professional Skills as well as a specialized library. The media-focused degree programs of the design - computer science - media faculty such as the bachelors's programs in communications design or media computer science, information science or the master's program in media & design management are situated on the Unter den Eichen campus, where the low mountain range of the Taunus highlands is already within reach.


Rüsselsheim, situated right at the heart of the Rhein-Main area, houses mostly technically-oriented degree programs with numerous modern laboratories well equipped for microsystems engineering, multi-media and wireless internet connections, fabrication engineering, environmental and process engineering, medical engineering, robotics, simulations and more.

In addition to the main campus on Brückweg, the CIM Center, a building complex close to the city center, is the main Rüsselsheim site for continuing education.

In the town of Rüsselsheim, everything is close, for example sports facilities or cultural events. Plus, Rüsselsheim engineering students frequently find internship opportunities right on their doorstep.
