At RheinMain University, students and other members of the university can take advantage of comprehensive sports offerings. The offerings focus on recreational sports. An attractive range of various kinds of sports – from aerobic to hockey and yoga – allow participants to relax after a long day's studies and work, to make new friends and to meet new challenges outside of classes and work assignments. However, competitive sports, which is in fact quite prominent at our university, is also not being neglected.

• Competitive athletes will find that the university sports program also offers various opportunities to engage in organized competitive sports. Each year a considerable number of our students participates in German and international university sports championships.
• Interested in our program? Then jump right in and enjoy an exciting, varied, perhaps sweat-inducing but definitely a "moving" semester.
• By the way, the 2008 university rankings of the Zeit newspaper and the Center for Higher Education Development have placed our sports program in the top category.
• Starting now, the Office for University Sports cooperates with the Wiesbaden Section of the German Alpine Association (Deutscher Alpenverein; website in German only)
