Workshop Offerings

For each semester, you can register for a maximum of three workshops. When assigning workshop places, the center takes into account in which order registration requests were received and what your workshop preferences are. It is our goal to ensure that each applicant receives at least one workshop space. Unfortunately, in some semesters this is not possible. Once the registration deadline has passed, you will receive a notification informing you whether you have received a space for your chosen workshop or other event. Registration deadline is July 10, 2011.

Other Events at the Center

For most of the other events and projects offered by the Center for Communication and Professional Skills (for example the mittendrin project or presentation coaching events) you can register independent from the regular application process and limitations for the regularly offered workshops. For this type of registration, please use the regular application form and enter the name of the event for which you would like to register into the field "Comments and Requests" (Bemerkungen und Wünsche). The registration deadlines for events and projects other than the regularly offered workshops can be found on the respective web pages.

Important Attendance Regulations

Attending only part of a workshop is not admissible. Certificates are only awarded to participants with full attendance. Before registering for a workshop, make sure that you will be able to attend for the entire duration of the workshop.

Blocking Rules If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you are registered for any reason, please cancel your registration as early as possible so that your place can be given to someone else on the waiting list. Unexcused absences lead to your being blocked from all events of the center during the following semester.
