Important Enrollment Information

• If you have received a notification of admission for a place in a degree program that you would like to accept, you must enroll at the university by the deadline mentioned in your notification letter.
  Your admission will be rendered void unless you register by the deadline stated. In this case, your place at university will enter the move-up procedure and be given to other applicants
• If you are unable to enroll in person, you can appoint an authorized person to enroll in your stead. To do so, you need to issue a written authorization to the person of your choice that needs to be presented for enrollment. This person should also be able to identify her- or himself, for example by showing an identity card.
• For enrollment, you need to present the original versions of the documents submitted for application (for example, diplomas, internship certification etc.).
• You also need to supply documentation that proves that you are covered by health insurance. Please make sure to use the forms supplied by your health insurance provider specifically for this purpose (not a chip card or another membership card from your health insurance provider).
• The semester fees for your first semester at RheinMain University are to be paid right after enrollment. For this you will receive a transfer form during enrollment.
