In terms of contents and administration, this department includes all degree programs that are concerned with electrical and media engineering topics. The Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering offers the following degree programs:

Part-Time Degree Program in Electrical Engineering – a part-time program for technicians and master craftsmen and -women; nine semesters, diploma degree

Information Technology & Electrical Engineering – provides a first degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in information technology; seven semesters, bachelor of engineering degree

Media Engineering – provides a first degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in television and media technology, bachelor of engineering degree

Media & Communications Technology – a master's program in the area of media and communications technology; three semesters, bachelor of engineering degree

Cooperative Degree Program Electrical Engineering – a cooperative electrical engineering program with integrated vocational training; 8 semesters bachelor of engineering degree

Cooperative Degree Program Systems Engineering – a cooperative program in combination with integrated vocational training; 8 semesters  bachelor of science degree; in cooperation with the mechanical engineering department
