Internship Contract Procedure

Internship in German-speaking countries:

    1. Print the German version of the internship contract.
    2. Complete the contract with your information, then have it signed by the your internship employer.
    3. Submit the original to the faculty.
    4. After the contract has been signed by the internship designee, the original and a copy will be given to the student.
    5. The student is to keep the copy
    6. and to return the original to the internship employer.

    Internships in countries with languages other than German:

      1. Print the German and English versions of the internship contract.
      2. Complete the contract with your information, then have the German original signed by your internship employer (the English version of the contract is only meant to help the employer understand the content of the German contract; only the German version is relevant for signature by the employer).
      3. Submit the original to the faculty.
      4. After the contract has been signed by the internship designee, the original and a copy will be given to the student.
      5. The student is to keep the copy ...
      6. ... and to return the original to the internship employer.

      For reasons of insurance, only the below contract should be used.

      Vorpraktikum

      Als Zulassungsvoraussetzung für den Studiengang Architektur gilt ein 8-wöchiges Vorpraktikum.

      Dieses ist in der Regel vor der Aufnahme des Studiums abzuleisten.

      In Ausnahmefällen können mindestens 4 Wochen bis Vorlesungsbeginn des 1.Semester absolviert werden und die restlichen 4 Wochen bis spätestens zum Ende des 3.Semesters.

      Wurde bis dahin das komplette Vorpraktikum nicht als Leistung verbucht, so ist ab dem 4. Semester keine Fächerbelegung mehr möglich.

      Vorgehensweise Eintragung Vorpraktikum :

      Bitte belegen Sie hierzu die Fach-Nr. 9009. Weisen Sie Herrn Prof. Dr. Schütz in geeigneter Form (Kopie, scannen und mailen, FAX) Ihr Vorpraktikum nach. Er wird Ihnen das anerkannte Vorpraktikum mit der Bewertung ME verbuchen.
