The Faculty Assembly deliberates on all issues of fundamental importance for the faculty. Among other things, the Faculty Assembly is responsible for
- adopting examination rules and regulations and curricula
- proposing the creation or termination of degree programs
- preparing statements on the target agreements between the Office of the President and the faculty.
- taking decisions on the hiring committee's hiring proposals for professor positions
- proposing the creation or termination of academic or technical service institutions
- regulating the use of faculty services in accordance with their terms of use
The Faculty Assembly numbers six members of the group of professors, four students and one member from the group of administrative, technical or academic staff. The members of the Office of the Dean are assembly members with an advisory vote. Assembly meetings are chaired by the dean.
